Can you return stuff to Toys r Us that wasn’t on your registry without a receipt?
I got a wearable blanket at my shower…and it’s SO nice, but it’s purple…and I’m having a boy. I know they sell them at Toys r Us, so would they let me return it? At least for store credit, or maybe just to exchange for a new color?

I had horrible luck with them recently also. I will be calling their customer relations line to complain, but I don’t think it will do any good. I was trying to return a ride on toy that had a huge “Toys R Us Exclusive” logo on the side. Obviously, it is from their store, but without a receipt, they completely denied me. Because of this experience, I will go out of my way to get our toys from Target or Wal-Mart instead. I was once a very loyal customer, but they have lost me now.
